The DriveFresh advantage

Quality, and proof of it

Every vendor claims good work. We hold one finish standard across every technician and every account, and we count what comes back so you do not have to take our word for it.

Capacity follows the account

An established network of experienced mobile technicians. Crews size to your volume rather than to one man's calendar — recurring coverage through to multi-technician deployments.

On-site service

We work where the inventory sits. No transport, no lost keys, no unit gone for a week.

You get the principals

Major accounts deal with ownership directly. National capability, none of the bureaucracy, no case number.

You already know what PDR is. Here is the only question that matters.

Is the work good, and does it show up when you need it?

This trade has been around thirty-five years. Nobody needs another explanation of paintless dent repair. What you cannot tell from a phone call is whether a vendor's work holds up in daylight and whether they turn up on the day they said. Those are the two things we compete on, and they are the two things we let you test on one location before you commit to anything.

Commercial reconditioning services

Who we serve

Let us earn the first location.

Give DriveFresh one rooftop, branch or fleet location. We will establish the standard, prove the quality and throughput, and earn the opportunity to expand.

No contract to sign, no vendor to fire, no territory to commit. Verified workmanship defects are corrected at no charge — that part is in writing from day one.

Catastrophe deployment · North America & Europe

Hail is a second business, and we run it like one.

A storm puts a year of demand into one market in an afternoon. We track severe-weather risk days ahead, map the dealer, rental, auction and fleet inventory inside the forecast area, and move experienced catastrophe crews to the event — with production management and per-unit documentation from the first vehicle.

Commercial inventory only. Dealer lots, rental branches, auction lanes and fleet yards.

Major account? You get the principals.

Sean has spent decades mastering paintless dent repair and building relationships with highly trained technicians throughout the industry. Today he sets the DriveFresh quality standard, develops technician capacity, and personally supports our major commercial relationships.

A dealer-group principal or regional rental executive deals with him and with ownership — not a rotating account manager. That is the part a national vendor cannot replicate and an independent technician cannot scale.

Commercial accounts

Franchise dealerships already run their inventory through this bench.

Mercedes of Miami

Ongoing commercial reconditioning, including aluminum panel work that had already been quoted for replacement.

Ask on the walk and we will put you in touch with a service manager who uses us. That is a more useful reference than a logo wall.

Tell us what you run.

We walk the lot, agree the standard in writing, and start on one location. Southeast Florida and Greater Orlando for scheduled work; North America and Europe for catastrophe deployment.

Four segments. One bench.

Each program is built around what that operation actually loses when a vehicle looks wrong: days to the front line, days off rent, a missed sale deadline, a unit that photographs badly online.

What we do to a vehicle

Three everyday reconditioning categories, advanced repairs others decline, and a catastrophe program built to deploy.

Questions we actually get

{{ f.q }}

{{ f.a }}

Technical review by Sean. Repairability is always specific to the vehicle, panel, damage and applicable OEM repair procedure.

You get the paperwork. Nobody slows down.

A monthly record per location: what we touched, how long it took, and what came back. Built in the office from the schedule and the invoice — not from forms filled in by a technician standing at a fender.

Start with your own numbers

What are recon days costing you right now?

These are your figures, not our claims. Adjust them until they look like your operation — the number that matters is what a single day of cycle time is worth across a month.

Floor plan interest, depreciation and lot cost. Use your own figure — most operators land somewhere in this range.

We are not going to promise you a number of days from a web page. We will baseline it on the walk, agree a target in writing, and report against it every month.

Where each field comes from

One column is the point of this page. Six of the seven fields never touch a technician.

A technician who is doing paperwork is not repairing your car

Reporting systems usually get pushed onto the person holding the tool, which is why most of them quietly stop working within a month. Ours does not. Our technicians photograph the unit, which they already do, and finish the panel. The record gets built behind them.

You get the documentation. They keep their hands on the metal. Both of those matter, and only one of them is your problem.

What the monthly report shows

Four numbers per location, and the same four every month so the trend means something.

Units completed

Broken out by repair category, so you can see where your cosmetic spend actually goes.

Time to complete

From the unit being presented to it being finished — the number that decides days on lot.

Same-visit completion

How much of the work cleared without a second trip. This is the real test of a mobile bench.

Rework rate

What came back, why, and whether it was corrected. Reported whether it flatters us or not.

Quality shows up in rework

We track what came back, why it came back, and whether it was corrected. If quality is not measured after the technician leaves, it is not being managed.

We would rather hand you an uncomfortable number once a month than have you find the same thing on a walk-around with a customer standing next to you.

How it reaches you

Per service day

A record of the units worked, sent the same day rather than at invoicing.

Monthly by location

One page per rooftop, branch or yard, plus a roll-up if you run several.

Photographic record

Before and after per unit, retained and available on request or with every invoice.

Your reference numbers

PO, RO and stock numbers on every line so it reconciles without anyone re-keying it.

Vendor requirements, handled first

Fully insured, with certificates issued to your vendor file and additional insured status or waiver of subrogation on request. W-9, compliance paperwork and your purchasing requirements are completed before the first unit is touched — not chased after the first invoice. Every technician on your property is background-checked.

Answers from the bench

Written from real repairs and reviewed by the people who perform them, not by a keyword tool. Each piece opens with a short, direct answer to the question in its title.

Built on decades of knowing what can be repaired, how it should be repaired, and what automotive customers actually need.

This business was not built on advertising. It was built on being the person a dealer, a rental manager or a fleet supervisor could call when a vehicle had to look right by tomorrow — and on being right about what could be saved.

That is harder than it sounds. Paintless dent repair rewards judgement more than equipment: reading how the metal moved, knowing where access exists, knowing when the honest answer is that the panel needs paint. Sean built that judgement over a career, and the network of technicians who have it is the asset most operators of his calibre never assemble.

The company has always run mobile. Technicians arrive with their own equipment and work where the inventory sits — dealership lots, rental branches, fleet yards, auction lanes. Over time the scope widened past dents into interior reconditioning and bumper painting, the three categories that decide whether a unit is ready to sell or rent.

What is changing

Not the trade. What is being added is the commercial infrastructure around it: scheduling, documentation, account reporting, a technician bench that can scale with a customer instead of capping them, and coverage that follows real density. The craft stays exactly where it is. The operation around it gets serious.

How we sell

Slowly, and in person. We would rather earn one location, document what happened and let the numbers make the argument than ask you to replace a vendor on a phone call. Most accounts start with one problem — overflow, hard cars, a rooftop nobody covers — and grow from there.

If a national provider is doing right by you, keep them. Give us the overflow, the difficult panels, the location they underserve. We will take it from there or we will not — and either way you will know inside a month.
